He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, before pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA.

After completing his legal education, Frank returned to Florida, where he began his career as an Associate Litigation Attorney at a prominent personal injury law firm in Tampa. His dedication and expertise quickly earned him the role of Managing Attorney at another boutique personal injury firm, where he further honed his skills in complex litigation matters.

In 2014, Frank founded Marsalisi Law with a mission to provide personalized, client-focused legal representation. His firm’s ethos is rooted in addressing client’s common concerns with larger law firms, such as lack of personal attention, communication issues, and being kept in the dark about their case’s progress.

As a community leader, Frank serves as the President of the Skyway Marina District and is actively involved in various professional and charitable organizations. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at St. Petersburg General Hospital and is a proud member of the Florida Justice Association, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, and St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Frank supports local charitable organizations, including I Support Youth, Inc.
